Company Overview
Established in early 2023, PTTC is a Cambodia-based multilingual language services company helping businesses, organisations, and individuals communicate across languages and cultures. We provide translation, interpretation, transcription, localisation, and multimedia language services for business, legal, academic, medical, academic, immigration, healthcare, and personal needs.
Our network of qualified linguists in Cambodia and overseas combines language proficiency with subject expertise. We focus on accurate meaning, appropriate terminology, and cultural context, tailoring each assignment to the audience, purpose, and format.
PTTC is registered with Cambodia’s Ministry of Commerce under Company Registration Number 1000232398, as well as the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and the General Department of Taxation.
Our Services
Document translation: Translation of administrative and civil records, business documents, contracts and court documents, technical manuals, financial reports, marketing materials, academic texts, and literary works. Certified translations are available on request, alongside notarisation and legalisation services.
Interpretation: In-person and remote language support for meetings, conferences, interviews, legal proceedings, and visits. Available modes include simultaneous, consecutive, whispered, escort, and relay interpretation.
Transcription: Conversion of audio and video recordings into written text, including verbatim and clean transcripts for interviews, business meetings, research, legal matters, healthcare, and media content.
Localisation and multimedia: Website and software localisation, subtitling, captioning, dubbing, and voice-over services to make content accessible and relevant to its intended audience.
Editing and proofreading: Review of translated and written content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, clarity, and natural expression.

Our work is primarily human-led. Translation memory, glossaries, and machine translation may support the process, while linguists remain responsible for review and quality.
